Our Purpose is to inspire, encourage and support those

who wish to live lightly on this earth, by practising sustainable living.

Our focus is also on supporting you to maximise the

nutrition in the food that you grow organically in your garden and

that you prepare in your kitchen.

Most modern fruit trees and vegetable seeds have been hybridised

for commercial use, to grow fruit and vegetables

that look good and have a long shelf life,but not for

high nutrient levels.

Fruit and vegetables from heritage trees and heirloom

seeds are naturally high in nutrients.
